SEASON OPENING: THE CREATION

„May there be light!”

For us it feels like a little sensation and in a way, it really is: When the Konzerthaus Dortmund is opening its 2020/2021 season on 3 September, we are finally going to be back on stage together: Balthasar Neumann Choir, Balthasar Neumann Ensemble and Thomas Hengelbrock.

We are more than happy to set a sign after these long months of silence and distance due to Corona and we are glad to do so in the Konzerthaus Dortmund – one of our most important partners.

And what work might be more suitable for this occasion than Haydn’s emblematic oratorio “The Creation”?
