PROJECT PARTNERS OF THE CUBAN-EUROPEAN YOUTH ACADEMY
The Cuban-European Youth Academy (CuE) is an innovative exchange programme designed to help Cuban and European musicians with their further training. It receives no institutional support, with the result that all of its projects are financed by project partners and by grants from individual foundations.
Heiko Maas, foreign minister of Germany, is patron of the Cuban-European Youth Academy. The Federal Foreign Office of Germany has been an important partner for the project since 2014.
The Cuban-European Youth Academy’s first transatlantic orchestra project was co-founded and co-initiated by the Rheingau Music Festival and first became a reality in the summer of 2015.
